Project Sceduling & Legal Work

 After communicating with the rest of the members in our studio for this project called Wellow Studios and selecting our roles together and communicating on what our different strengths and weakness' consisted of , I was given the role of becoming our 3D Lead which was consisting of me creating the assets for our game and making sure all the models stay consistent to the art style that we are working towards. 

After splitting off into our own little areas to start working on our different sections , I worked on creating a schedule that roughly layed out the timeline for how I wanted my progress across this project to go and attempt to stay on course through the upcoming weeks and with the rough ideas I was thinking about during the first two weeks of the project started writing down what areas I wanted to work towards being the 3D Lead of Wellow Studios.

In addition to creating a schedule for myself as the 3D Lead , later down the line after making a finalised idea on what we were wanting out of me working inside of Maya and Substance Painter , I created a small roadmap detailing the structure of my plan working towards in this project starting from the research , sketch's and block out models , to then start working towards the development stage refine my sketch's , working on orthographics to work onto the final stage towards the final modelling and rendering portion of the project.


My role in the industry :

For Our Group , we decided to assign ourselves different roles to each other which created the effect of actually working inside of a future game company and trying to keep expectations realistic. The role I was given was the role of being the 3D Lead which allows me to control and divide what type of assets we would like modelling for the end of our project and help do quality control with our models to make sure that we are all still on the same page as each other so no ones models are not on theme and working towards a complete different idea that what we would originally plan for.

Whilst being in the Game Industry , having a pipeline that would go through the different team members starting from the idea generation and research team which would slowly go down to the sketch artists who would send it off the people who work on orthographic and final concepts then finally the 3D portion of the team would work on designing and texturing the final assets for the upcoming game that they would have planned.





After creating my schedule for my side of the project , Wellow Studios got together once everyone was finished and signed an NDA , Environmental Statement and a contract of Engagement to showcase a more professional environment when it came to the project and with the guide of our teacher utilised AI to create a guide.
